Healthcare time per week

Instead of thinking of a percentage of GDP, think of the cost of healthcare as being the time spent earning money to pay for it (or you can think of the time spent by healthcare providers being averaged over the population). How much of your week would you contribute to general healthcare. Does 5 hours a week seem a lot, or would you be willing to contribute more than this.
